I was also thinking of starting Heard It Through the Grapevine but since there are still quite a few episodes left, I will probably wait at least a few more weeks.Ima let you get your moment like you wanted baby girl. I’m leaning towards The Girl Who Sees Smells (aka Sensory Couple) since it looks very cute and there is already a ton of buzz about this drama. I’m planning to start at least one of the newer shows next week. I especially loved the cigarette sniffing dog! I definitely recommend watching this episode! The hilarious part is that while the show usually involves suffering on behalf of the cast, this episode brought out some true and deep emotions! Their smuggling tactics and attempts to trick the director turned into comedic gold. Of the six cast members, only one, Cha Tae Hyun, doesn’t smoke. This week we decided to try the episodes where the cast has to give up smoking for the duration of the trip. I’m so glad we are watching together again! Over the past few weeks we started again to watch our favorite 2 Days 1 Night. I’ve tried fruitlessly for years to get my step sister interested in K-dramas, but instead we’ve settled on variety shows as a happy middle ground. 2 Days 1 Night (Episodes 35 & 36: Visit to Treasure Island aka the Non-Smoking Episode) How do they make the food look so incredibly delicious?!Ĥ. While I’m not quite marathoning it, I do think it’s an excellent show to put on while I eat! That being said, I was watching an episode right before bed one night and I suddenly became extremely hungry at about 11:30pm… I guess there is a draw back to this drama. The mystery aspect is a little strange, but I find it’s an easy watch. It’s definitely a unique show, half food porn – half warm and fuzzy friendship drama. Since season 2 has just started, I figured now is a good time to jump in. I’ve wanted to try Let’s Eat for a while since most people have good things to say about it. That way I can still do a mini marathon, but it also leaves me open to join in on the discussion online for the final few weeks. I don’t really like waiting week after week for new episodes so I usually wait until there are about 8-10 episodes out before I dive in. I always find I need to help bridge the gap between finishing the last cycle of shows and starting the newest ones. I decided to start this show this week as a filler drama. Verdict: Besides Healer, this has been my favorite show of the year! Also, while I usually hate misunderstandings in Dramaland, this show utilized them for fantastic comedic relief! Seriously, if you haven’t had a chance to watch this show, go start your marathon. I loved that no matter what I predicted, the show would always throw a curve ball. ![]() One moment I’d be laughing hysterically and the next I’d be in tears. This show hit all the right notes for me. I love, love, LOVED this drama! Seriously, I had some major drama withdrawal this week after finishing the last episode. I love it!īTW the show is just as good, if not even better the second time around! Success! Our dinner discussions now revolve around rehashing the plot lines and talking about what might come next. He just kind of watched in the background and then couldn’t turn away. While I thought my stepmom would like it, I never intended for my dad to come along for the ride. I take that it’s a good sign that these last two nights they asked to keep going, watching two episodes at a time! While it was a little slow to start, we’ve been watching an episode almost every evening after dinner. So I’ve been thinking, why not share with you guys what I watched each week?īIG NEWS! I got my dad and stepmom hooked on their first K-drama! It was my birthday last week and used my powerful status of “Birthday Girl” to get them to watch the first episode of Man from the Stars. While I get to write really cool articles on DramaFever like My Ideal Cast if Mulan were a K-drama and T he Best and Worst Blonde Hairstyles on K-drama Stars, I don’t usually share more personal updates or perspectives on the shows I am watching.ĭoes it surprise you that I watch a lot of K-drama?
